Collaborating with both clinic teams and community service providers, your contributions will include education and consultation on palliative approaches. Engage in enhancing public education on symptom management and participate in ongoing research initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Participate actively in PSMPC clinical and educational programs
Address patient palliative care needs through coordinated efforts
Liaise between community-level care providers
Educate other care teams and community providers
Promote public understanding of palliative care Requirements:
Hold a valid physician's license and provincial compliance
RCPSC certification in Palliative Medicine
Awareness of Indigenous community dynamics
Familiarity with historical and social contexts
