Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Pizza Maker/Cashier to join our team. This role combines food preparation with customer service, ensuring that our guests receive high-quality pizzas and a welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to food safety and sanitation standards. Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble pizzas according to company recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency
Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and upsell menu items when appropriate
Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, providing correct change and receipts
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service
Assist in food prep tasks such as chopping ingredients and assembling orders as needed




Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally

Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older (required for solo keyholder duties, late-night closing shifts, and unsupervised operation of commercial kitchen machinery).
Previous experience in food preparation, cashiering, or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong understanding of food handling safety and sanitation standards
Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and order calculations
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Good communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
Experience working in a restaurant or food industry environment is advantageous
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work during peak hours including evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
