The Boulevard Restaurant & Lounge in Red Deer, Alberta is looking for a Part-Time and a Full-Time Line Cook/Kitchen Helper.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wishes to improve their culinary skills and work in a fast-paced environment.

You must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:
Ideal candidate will have experience cooking on line as well as prep and banquet experience
Candidate MUST be able to work weekends and holidays
Replenishing line when necessary
Prepare proper food quantities based on forecasted occupancy
Understand and adhere to the company’s policies and procedures, cooking methods, portion sizes, and quality standards
Ensure work station area is kept clean and organized, following safety/sanitation policies and processes of the company
Monitor the quality and consistency of all food
Assist with other kitchen operations as needed and directed
Maintain food at proper temperatures and follow standards
Set up, restock, and maintain food preparation areas
Prepare foods in accordance with working menus and recipes
Have a passion for service, positive energy, being a part of a great team,



and preparing great food

Required Experience:
Line Cook- 1 years
Food Safety Certification
