As part of EvenUp’s Growth team in Toronto, you'll work on innovative customer communication systems that assist personal injury law firms. This position involves end-to-end ownership of backend features and collaboration with design and product teams. You'll handle complex problems, ensuring seamless client engagement through effective systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop features for multi-channel client outreach
• Determine technical directions from design to production
• Collaborate with Product and Design for customization requests




• Design for low-latency and high-performance scalability
• Engage in email, SMS, and voice service contributions
Requirements:
• 5-8 years of individual contributor experience
• Strong background in TypeScript and/or Python
• Proven ability to ship production systems
• Experience in building AI-driven products advantageous
• Adept at solving open-ended engineering problems
