We are looking for a Lead Developer to join the our client's team. This is not just a coding role—it is a clear path to leadership. You will join an existing, high-performing team with a deliberate roadmap for you to evolve from a lead developer into the official UI Lead . In this role, you will define architecture, set best practices, and mentor team members, all while working in the high-energy, collaborative environment of a live trading desk.

The Opportunity

You will work at the intersection of finance and technology, building next‑generation electronic trading platforms. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into high‑performance, scalable, and intuitive user interfaces that deliver real‑time market data and algorithmic trading controls to institutional clients.

Your Responsibilities

- Collaborate: Partner with product owners and UX/UI designers to transform business needs into elegant, functional interfaces.
- Integrate: Work closely with backend services to visualize real‑time market data, order flow, and complex analytics.
- Lead & Mentor:



As you grow in the role, you will move into a leadership capacity, mentoring team members and driving technical strategy for the platform.
- Quality First: Write clean, maintainable, well‑tested code in a high‑performance production environment.

Qualifications

- State Management: Deep experience with Redux, MobX, Zustand, or similar tools.
- API Proficiency: Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.
- Experience: 3–5+ years in front‑end or full‑stack development working on the following:
- Bond trading
- Desktop trading applications
- Electronic trading platforms
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Mindset: A team‑first, mentorship‑oriented attitude with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
