Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients' occupational therapy needs
• Design and carry out personalized treatment plans
• Follow established departmental procedures for care
• Engage with healthcare colleagues for coordinated support
• Keep detailed records of patient interactions and progress
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
• Class 5 driver’s license necessary
• Registered or eligible with the Saskatchewan Society of Occupational Therapists
• Prepared for occasional travel within the area
