In the Deckhand role, you will work closely with the tug Master to facilitate effective operations. Responsibilities include managing towing gear, maintaining the vessel, and ensuring operational safety, all supported by a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct general duties to assist tug and barge operations
• Operate and manage various towing equipment
• Maintain ship cleanliness and perform upkeep tasks
• Assist in critical operations such as tandem tows
• Complete additional tasks as directed by supervisors

Requirements:
• Demonstrable tugboat experience is required
• Must hold a valid Transport Canada Marine Medical Certificate
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Fulfill pre-employment drug and alcohol testing requirements
