Position Summary
Tacten is seeking experienced Rope Access Journeyperson Electricians to support our client site, CNRL Horizon on our long-term maintenance rotation! As a Rope Access Electrician, you will be a key member of our team responsible for executing high-altitude tasks with precision, efficiency, and safety.

CNRL Horizon
Long-Term Maintenance
14/14 rotation, 11.5 hours per day at straight time
Flights and Camp Accommodations are provided
Start Date: May 6th or May 21st
Responsibilities
Set up and maintain electrical systems where required
Installing and connecting electrical components such as motors, transformers, control panels, and other equipment necessary for industrial operations
Identify issues, replace faulty components, and ensure that all machinery and equipment operate safely and efficiently.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
JM Electrician Certification
IRATA Level 1 ticket required, or willingness to obtain
CSTS/OSSA or OSSA BSO or OSSA CSO
Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients
Exceptional safety and quality awareness
Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively
Self‑motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level
