Presvac Systems (Burlington) Limited is the global leader in mobile vacuum systems. We have been serving and innovating in the industrial truck market since 1972.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager/Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day to day accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivables
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and bank deposits.
Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
Maintain accurate financial records and accounting databases.
Prepare monthly financial reports
Responsible for all levels of government reporting
Complete payroll and manage office personnel
Support year-end financial reporting and liaise with external accountants.
Perform general office administration as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Responsible for customs and logistics for tank shipments




Interact with customers regarding financial purchases and shipments of tanks

Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
