We are seeking an energetic and passionate Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. In this role, you will lead engaging and effective Pilates classes using reformer equipment, inspiring clients to achieve their fitness goals while promoting a positive and motivating workplace. Your expertise will help clients improve flexibility, strength, posture, and overall well-being through expertly guided sessions.

Fluency in multiple languages, including English and French, is highly desirable to connect with a diverse clientele. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to share your love for fitness and wellness while fostering a supportive community.

Responsibilities
Lead Reformer Pilates classes with enthusiasm, ensuring proper technique and safety for all participants
Design and adapt class routines to accommodate different skill levels and individual needs
Provide clear, detailed instructions and demonstrations to ensure clients understand exercises
Maintain a welcoming atmosphere that motivates clients to stay committed to their fitness journey
Communicate effectively with clients before, during, and after classes to address questions or concerns




Uphold cleanliness and organization of equipment and studio space at all times
Track client progress and provide personalized feedback to enhance their experience

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Pilates instructor, specifically with reformer equipment
Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of clients
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French or bilingual abilities are a plus
Demonstrated customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Effective time management skills to run classes smoothly and on schedule
Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and foster a positive class workplace
Relevant certifications in Pilates instruction; additional certifications in fitness or wellness are advantageous
