Advance community health as the Health Service Lead with Nova Scotia Health in Northern Zone. This full time leadership role requires an Indigenous self-identification and offers a chance to drive impactful health initiatives. In this designated health services leadership position, you'll oversee multiple teams focusing on wellness, chronic disease management, and family practice.

Your role involves directly supporting the implementation of vital health programs and ensuring operational standards are met. Your expertise will drive patient-centered health services within the community, collaborating with interprofessional teams throughout Nova Scotia. Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations across multiple health service teams
Support development of primary health care programs




Collaborate with community specialists and stakeholders
Maintain high performance standards in health services
Manage project development, implementation, and evaluation Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in health discipline or related field
Minimum three years of progressive leadership experience
Knowledge of primary health care and health promotion
Experience in program and project management
