Duties
Select, cut, trim, and prepare different types of meat according to specifications and safety standards
Operate meat processing equipment with precision and care to ensure quality cuts
Package meat products efficiently while maintaining proper labeling and food safety practices
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations
Assist customers by providing product information, answering questions, and offering recommendations on meat selections
Monitor inventory levels, restock displays, and ensure proper storage of meat products




Follow all food handling procedures to uphold safety standards and prevent contamination

Requirements
Previous experience in food preparation, butchery, or the food industry is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of meat cutting techniques and food safety regulations
Ability to handle knives and cutting tools safely and efficiently
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Familiarity with packaging processes for retail meat products
Kitchen experience or related food handling background is advantageous
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding workplace
