Overview

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, along with experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Duties
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and storing
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Ensure food safety standards are met in the kitchen
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with food inventory and ordering supplies as needed

Experience

Required Skills:
Experience working in a kitchen setting
Knowledge of food safety guidelines
Proficiency in meal preparation techniques
Ability to handle and prepare food safely

Nice-to-Have Skills:




Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role
Familiarity with various cooking methods and techniques
Understanding of restaurant operations and food service industry practices
