We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman/Woman Plumber/Gasfitter to join our dynamic team. This vital role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing and gas systems across various commercial and residential projects. As a key contributor, you will utilize your technical expertise to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plumbing and gas services.

Duties
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances according to blueprints and schematics
Perform gasfitting tasks such as connecting, testing, and servicing gas lines in compliance with safety standards
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately execute project requirements
Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to assemble and install plumbing components with precision
Conduct routine maintenance inspections on plumbing and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems to ensure optimal operation
Heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols




Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate installation schedules and ensure project milestones are met

Skills
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing and gasfitting issues
Proficiency in HVAC systems maintenance and repair is a plus
Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for accurate installations
Expertise in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and construction materials
Knowledge of basic math for measurements, calculations, and layout work
Experience with carpentry tasks related to framing or supporting plumbing infrastructure
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in assembly or repairs
