The main duties consist of greeting clients and answering calls with an exuberant first impression and ensuring detailed messages are directed to the appropriate personnel. Additionally, you will perform clerical duties as required and administer transactional receipts. Luxury brand experience is preferred.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Managing and directing clients to the appropriate personnel
Stocking vehicle arrivals into inventory
Communicating with customers via phone or email
Skills and Experience:
Proven working experience amongst a social inclined workplace
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to remain calm under stress
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanor and ability to accurately record messages and information
Robust attention do detail
Have a pleasant and friendly attitude
Job Type: Part time Pay: From $18.00 per hour
