Job Summary

We are busy small dealership seeking a skilled and licenced Mechanic to join our team! As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles. An ability to get and sign safety slips is required. The ideal candidate will have a robust mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in our team environment.

Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on vehicles
Conduct thorough safety inspections to identify any potential problems or safety concerns
Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot complex issues
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in automotive technology

Requirements -Able to write safety certificates




Mechanic Licence
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Mechanic
Robust knowledge of automotive systems and components
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
Valid driver's license
