Join our agile team as a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, where you will be the friendly face and helpful voice for our valued customers. We are looking for a dependable friendly and motivated person to join our team!
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, takes pride in keeping things organized and works well independantly
Duties
Greeting and assisting customers with a positive attitude
Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries
Processing payments and handling basic administrative tasks
Maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy
Performing light cleaning duties to help keep the workplace tidy and welcoming
Managing inventory by monitoring stock levels and ordering products and supplies as needed
Assisting with other day to day tasks as needed
We are looking for someone who is:

Comfortable multitasking
Detail-oriented
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required
