We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager and Sales Specialist for Traffic Pro Services in Lower Mainland/travel to Island occasionally . This pivotal role involves driving sales growth and leading creative marketing initiatives to enhance our reputation as a trusted traffic control provider.

Responsibilities

' Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our client base.
Lead marketing campaigns across digital platforms to increase brand awareness.
Manage relationships with construction companies and local authorities.
Analyze market trends to identify current business opportunities.
Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications' Proven experience in sales within the traffic control or construction industry.
Strong leadership skills with experience in marketing management.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords,



and social media advertising.
Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
Traffic control person experience is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.'

Pay: $26.00-$35.00 per hour
