Now Hiring – Residential Rough Grading Labourer/Operator

NCL Construction is looking for an experienced employee to join our residential rough grading crew in the Edmonton area.

Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in residential rough grading.
Able to read grading plans and understand lot grades and swales.
Experience operating skid steers, excavators, or other grading equipment is an asset.
Valid Class 5 driver's license.
Reliable, hardworking, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Job Duties:
Perform residential rough grading according to approved grading plans.
Assist with backfilling, lot preparation, and site cleanup.
Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and protected job site.
