Reporting to the Vice President & General Manager, this HRBP position is vital for supporting leaders and employees across Ontario.

You'll collaborate with the People & Culture team to implement key initiatives and uphold company policies. With responsibilities in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, your role will ensure effective HR practices locally. Key Responsibilities:
Advise on HR strategy and people matters
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across Ontario
Facilitate onboarding for recent hires and ensure cultural fit




Provide employee relations support and guidance
Contribute to performance management and talent reviews Requirements:
7+ years in HR, ideally as HRBP or Generalist
Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
CHRP or CHRL designation preferred Leverage your expertise in HR strategy, recruitment, and employee relations to impact the Ontario operations of Associated Engineering.
