We're looking for a driven, creative team member to support the founding team by executing essential digital marketing tasks, conducting research, and providing foundational support as our user base grows.
The Role
Create and distribute content (social posts, articles, etc.) across various social channels; coordinate the content calendar and posting schedule.
Support sponsorship and event presence execution.
Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and email marketing.
Help drive growth experiments across acquisition channels.
Monitor SEO performance and contribute to on-page and technical enhancements.
Support research and other projects as assigned.
Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing,
Communications, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience or internships in a marketing role.
Eligibility: as a youth hire, the successful candidate must be under 30 years old and a Canadian citizen or permanent resident. This person must be a first-time participant in a Youth work experience program.
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Familiarity with key digital marketing platforms, including social media management and email marketing tools.
A foundational understanding of SEO principles and tools.
Key Skills Solid English written and verbal communication skills, crucial for supporting content creation and social media posting.
Ability to conduct research and analyze data to support growth experiments.
High attention to detail and robust organizational skills.
Focus on achieving KPIs, driven to scale, and deliver creativity to each endeavor to deliver fresh ideas that push the company forward.
