Your pivotal responsibilities include implementing training, developing crew learning briefs, and fostering a robust Nuclear Safety Culture (NSC). You'll analyze field observations and trends to enhance operations across complex nuclear projects. Key Responsibilities:
Implement and reinforce Human Performance program elements
Facilitate NSC and Hu training for all team members
Analyze field observations and develop action strategies
Conduct Hu and NSC surveys and self-assessments
Support teams with field observation techniques Requirements:
Post-Secondary Education in a relevant field
Solid teamwork and communication skills
Experience in Human and Organizational Performance
Knowledge of nuclear safety regulations
