Duties
Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring comfort and natural-looking results for each client
Shape, tint, and design brows to complement individual facial features and preferences
Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully to client needs and providing expert recommendations
Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and processing payments
Upsell retail products such as lash care kits, brow gels, and other beauty essentials to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering to health and safety standards at all times




Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized consultations and follow-up communication

Qualifications
Proven experience in eyelash extensions application and brow artistry
Robust retail sales skills with the ability to upsell effectively without pressure
Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and product advantages
Exceptional customer service attitude with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while maintaining attention to detail in beauty services
Knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques in eyelash extensions and brow shaping
Certification or training in eyelash extension application is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
