Lead Hand – Strata Landscape Maintenance

Location: Langley / Surrey, BC

Our team is looking for a dependable Landscape Maintenance Lead Hand to lead a crew servicing high-end strata properties throughout the Lower Mainland.

Responsibilities

Lead a crew of 2–5 team members on daily maintenance routes.

Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.

Perform mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, blowing, weeding, and seasonal cleanups.

Train and motivate crew members.

Complete daily work efficiently and safely.

Communicate with management regarding site conditions and customer requests.

Operate trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment.

Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and equipment.

Qualifications

3+ years of landscape maintenance experience.

Previous leadership or crew lead experience.





Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driving record.

Ability to drive a truck and trailer (an asset).

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Positive attitude and ability to lead by example.

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
