Duties
Assist with planting, pruning, mowing, and general gardening tasks to maintain healthy and attractive landscapes
Operate machinery such as excavators and power tools safely and effectively for construction or landscaping projects
Support irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal watering solutions
Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to prepare sites, install features, or perform repairs
Perform landscape maintenance activities including edging, fertilizing, mulching, and debris removal
Help with construction-related tasks such as setting foundations,



assembling structures, or installing features under supervision
Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance to ensure safety and functionality

Requirements
Prior experience with construction or landscaping is preferred but not essential; willingness to learn is key!
Ability to operate mechanical equipment such as excavators or power tools is a plus
Knowledge of horticulture principles, gardening techniques, and landscape maintenance practices
Familiarity with irrigation systems and basic plumbing skills are advantageous
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and physically capable of lifting moderate loads
Solid attention to safety procedures when handling tools and machinery
Valid driver’s license is preferred for equipment transportation or site access
