Mohar Law is a Calgary-based law firm providing practical and results-oriented legal services to individuals, businesses, investors, lenders, developers, and corporations. Our practice includes residential and commercial real estate transactions, mortgage financing and refinancing, corporate and commercial matters,, wills and estates, and other general legal services.

Our real estate practice involves purchases, sales, refinancings, private lending transactions, commercial acquisitions, leasing matters, development projects, and other complex real estate transactions. The Role:
Manage time, resources,



workflow and deadlines of the legal specialists
Schedule appointments and perform client administration
Draft correspondences and manage communications with lenders, law offices and clients
Provide clerical and administrative support
Prepare real estate conveyancing and schedule clients for signings
Attend to commercial real estate files
Attend to corporate business closings
Attend to real estate closings
Prepare final reporting for clients

The Ideal Candidate:
Legal Assistant Diploma/Certificate (an asset but not a requirement)
Familiarity with Alberta Land Titles (an asset but not a requirement)
Previous real estate experience (an asset but not a requirement)
Strong MS Office skills
Strong written and verbal communication

Salary to commensurate to experience. Pay: $42,500.00-$65,000.00 per year
