We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Java Tech Lead – Securities Reference Data to drive the evolution of strategic reference data platforms supporting Index and Exchange‑Traded Funds (ETF) data mastering, distribution, and modernization initiatives across the Firm.

What you’ll do in the role:
Design, develop, and enhance applications supporting the ingestion, mastering, and distribution of Securities Reference Data (SRD),



with a focus on Index and ETF reference data.
Build and maintain scalable Java‑andPython‑based services supporting reference data workflows across existing SRD platforms and modernization initiatives.
Manage and enhance workflows related to instrument hierarchies, identifier mappings, constituent relationships, benchmark relationships, and vendor‑driven data changes.
Partner with business analysts, stakeholders, and end users to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Drive end‑to‑end delivery of application enhancements, production changes, and strategic development initiatives.
Ensure high standards of data quality, timeliness, lineage, and governance across reference data platforms.
Analyze and resolve production issues while assessing downstream impacts across trading, risk, operations, and regulatory processes.
