Duties
Assist groomers by handling pets gently and securely during grooming procedures
Prepare animals for grooming by brushing, bathing, and drying as directed
Maintain cleanliness of grooming stations, tools, and bathing areas to ensure hygiene standards are met
Support with heavy lifting tasks such as moving large or heavy animals safely
Provide excellent customer service by addressing pet owners’ questions and ensuring their pets’ comfort




Follow safety protocols to prevent injuries to pets or staff during grooming activities
Help manage appointment schedules and keep grooming areas organized and stocked with supplies

Requirements
Passion for working with animals and providing exceptional customer service
Ability to handle pets gently while maintaining control during grooming processes
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform heavy lifting throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members
Prior experience in pet care or grooming is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting while maintaining a lively, upbeat attitude
