KHS Landscape Professionals is looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead who has robust plant knowledge, pruning skills, and leadership ability to help manage our maintenance division.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead a maintenance crew on residential and commercial properties
Organize daily routes and keep jobs running efficiently
Perform and oversee garden maintenance, pruning, shaping, edging, and seasonal cleanups
Monitor plant health and identify issues before they become problems
Train and support crew members in proper landscape practices
Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and site presentation
Operate trucks, trailers, and landscape equipment safely
Communicate professionally with clients when needed
Work closely with management to keep operations organized and successful
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in landscape maintenance or horticulture
Strong plant knowledge and confidence with pruning
Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Valid driver’s license
Comfortable driving trucks and trailers
Takes pride in doing quality work
