Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Leasing Manager to lead our leasing operations and oversee a team of leasing agents.

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for leasing available units, managing and supporting leasing agents, monitoring lead follow-ups, coordinating property visits, and ensuring that leasing targets are met across our portfolio.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, confident in sales, and capable of motivating a team in a quick-paced environment. You will work closely with property owners, property managers, and internal team members to maximize occupancy rates while maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and support leasing agents.
Assign leads, visits, and properties to team members.
Monitor follow-ups, applications, performance, and signed leases.
Conduct property tours and respond to prospective tenants.
Manage the leasing process from inquiry to lease signing.
Review applications and ensure all required documents are collected.
Maintain accurate leasing records and availability updates.




Develop strategies to increase leads, conversions, and occupancy.
Communicate with property managers and owners regarding leasing progress.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve escalated concerns.

Qualifications
Experience in residential leasing, property management, or real estate sales.
Previous leadership or team management experience is preferred.
Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple agents, properties, and applications.
Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is required.
