Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including kitchens, dining spaces, restrooms, hallways, and public areas during night shifts
Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded
Remove trash and recyclables efficiently while adhering to waste disposal protocols
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and cleaning materials as needed
Conduct routine inspections to identify areas requiring additional attention or maintenance issues
Follow safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents or injuries during cleaning tasks
Maintain detailed logs of completed tasks and report any maintenance concerns or hazards to management promptly
Experience
Prior experience in cleaning roles within hospitality, hotel, or restaurant environments is highly desirable
Familiarity with cleaning techniques specific to kitchens and food service areas is a plus
Knowledge of food handling and food preparation sanitation standards enhances your suitability for this role
Experience working during night shifts or in a hospitality setting demonstrates reliability and adaptability
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for maintaining high cleanliness standards
Ability to operate cleaning machinery and use various cleaning products safely is required
