Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all furnishings are maintained in excellent condition.
Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms by cleaning fixtures, mirrors, floors, and replenishing toiletries.
Adhere to safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations and company policies.
Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution.
Restock cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently to support continuous operations.
Assist with special cleaning projects such as deep cleans or industrial cleaning tasks when needed.
Experience
Prior custodial or housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
Familiarity with cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures related to industrial cleaning is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and guest service.
