You will partner with various leaders, ensuring initiatives align with both operational needs and strategic objectives, making outsize contributions to business success. Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute impactful learning initiatives and campaigns
Conduct needs assessments and adapt learning solutions accordingly
Facilitate instructor-led sessions, driving participation and results




Track engagement and analyze feedback for continuous improvement
Develop solid partnerships across all organizational levels Requirements:
Extensive experience with learning program lifecycle management
Demonstrated facilitation skills across diverse audiences
Degree in Adult Education, HR, or a related field
Solid analytical skills for assessing learning effectiveness
