Pet Expert (Sales Associate)

Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service
Ensure store cleanliness and merchandising standards are maintained at all times
Provide informed and accurate advice/suggestions to customers and their pets
Consistently improve and maintain product and animal care knowledge
Diligently follow daily operations of store – opening and closing, operation of cash register, inventory tracking and reporting, etc.




Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and management

Qualifications: Flexible and reliable – available to work varying shifts, weekends and evenings included
Exceptional customer service focus
Desire to grow in the pet care industry
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to think critically and work effectively as a member of a small team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Robust desire to learn and constantly improve product and animal knowledge
Previous customer service/retail experience an asset
Motivated, reliable, and hard-working

This is a part-time position depending on experience, availability and performance. Wage dependent on experience and qualifications. Job Types: Part time, Permanent
