We are a leading industrial valve repair company based in Edmonton, providing repair, testing, maintenance, and field support services to customers in the oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, and industrial sectors. We are currently looking for a dependable and hardworking Labourer / Driver to join our team.

Position Summary The Labourer / Driver plays a key role in supporting our shop operations by performing general labour duties, assisting technicians, maintaining a clean and organized facility, and safely transporting valves, materials, and equipment to and from customer locations and suppliers.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, takes pride in their work, and values teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
Pick up and deliver valves, parts, and materials to customers, vendors, and suppliers using company vehicles.
Load, unload, and secure equipment and materials for safe transportation.
Assist with receiving, shipping, and organizing inventory.
Support valve technicians with general shop duties and material handling.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes (training provided if required).
Maintain a clean, organized,



and safe work environment.
Assist with packaging completed orders for shipment.
Perform basic warehouse and yard maintenance.
Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records.
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned to support shop operations.

Qualifications
Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in a warehouse, industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical environment is an asset.
Forklift certification is an asset (training available).
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills are considered an asset.

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Comfortable standing, bending, and performing physical work throughout the day.
Ability to work safely in an industrial shop workplace and outdoors when required.

Pay: $16.26-$20.00 per hour
