We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to individuals in various care settings. Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote comfort and independence
Support seniors and individuals with disabilities with medication administration following prescribed instructions
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive workplace
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living space




Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members
Support clients during outings or appointments, ensuring safety and engagement throughout activities

Experience
Prior experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly desirable
Experience providing senior care or caring for individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments is preferred
Familiarity with home care practices and caregiving routines is advantageous
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols is beneficial
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals who have disabilities or special needs
Strong communication skills, patience, and a caring attitude are essential for success in this role
