The Executive

Director will oversee resident wellness, financial management, and team recruitment. Reporting to the Regional Director, you’ll ensure that residents' objectives are met while cultivating a protected and supportive setting. Participation in budget processes and community outreach will be key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure residents' goals are prioritized and met
Manage all resources: financial, human, and physical
Recruit and mentor team members effectively
Actively connect with residents and their families
Collaborate on budgeting and oversee accounting practices Requirements:
Degree or diploma in health/social services
Certification in long-term care administration
Completed “Ontario Fire Safety” course
At least 3 years in a managerial capacity
