The Role

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the NID Operator is responsible for the effective and effective operation of the NID machine in the Starch department. The operator will manage the production process and lead production staff on their designated line to meet and exceed production schedules and meet quality standards.

Who You Are We are seeking a detail-oriented and accountable individual with strong computer skills to handle paperwork and multi-task efficiently.



The ideal candidate will work well both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent safety practices, problem-solving abilities, and adherence to manufacturing standards. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to perform well under pressure are essential.
