We are seeking a Operations Manager based in Canada to oversee digital workflows, optimize business processes, and lead distributed teams. You will act as the operational bridge between cross-functional departments to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure the business runs efficiently from afar.
Responsibilities
Workflow Optimization: Manage day-to-day team operations, schedules, and digital asset allocation.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with product, finance, and customer service teams to streamline delivery.
KPI & Performance Tracking: Monitor operational metrics, handle budgets, and generate progress reports for leadership.
Process Documentation: Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the distributed workforce.
Requirements & Qualifications
Highly organized and productive without physical supervision.
Comfortable with rapid strategy shifts in a virtual setting.
Experience managing files in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Pay: $87,917.79-$107,640.42 per year
