Wetaskiwin Co-operative Association Ltd. is inviting sealed tenders for janitorial services at the following locations for a three (3) year contract:

Scope of Work
Janitorial services are required Monday through Friday.
The successful contractor will supply all labour, cleaning equipment, and cleaning products, except for toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags, which will be provided by Wetaskiwin Co-op.

Contractor Requirements

The successful contractor must provide:
Proof of commercial general liability insurance.
References from current or previous commercial clients.
Successful completion of any required security screening or background checks.

Interested contractors may request additional information or arrange a site visit before submitting a tender.

Sealed tenders clearly marked Tender – Janitorial Services must be received by 2:00 p.m. on August 14, 2026
