We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Duties
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure timely and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness standards, safety protocols, and hotel policies
Train recent team members on cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations
Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to maintain operational efficiency
Address guest requests or complaints promptly and professionally,



ensuring their satisfaction with housekeeping services
Implement efficient cleaning schedules and workflows to maximize productivity without compromising quality
Promote teamwork, morale, and a positive work environment through ongoing coaching and support

Experience
Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles, with a solid understanding of cleaning procedures and standards
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality or industrial cleaning environments is highly desirable
Familiarity with hotel operations, guest service protocols, and hospitality industry best practices
Knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to both residential-style hotel rooms and large-scale industrial cleaning tasks
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with guests and staff alike
