As the Manager of Technical Standards, you will report directly to the Director of Distribution Engineering & Asset Management.

This position requires a solid leader with at least five years in similar roles, particularly in an electric utility sector. Your commitment to asset lifecycle optimization will play a crucial role in meeting escalating reliability and safety expectations. Key Responsibilities:
Establish technical governance and performance review processes
Align maintenance strategies with asset sustainability goals




Manage the development of Asset Management Plans
Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety codes
Lead risk modeling for Distribution System plans Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a Skilled Engineer license
At least five years of leadership experience
Electric utility engineering knowledge desirable
Robust technology skills, preferably with Google Workspace
