Monitor and assess plant operational metrics regularly
Coach teams using the Johnson Controls Business System (JCBS)




Lead improvement planning projects with measurable outcomes
Facilitate workshops aimed at enhancing plant performance
Document process improvements and share insights Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement
Proven track record in operational leadership
Proficiency in statistical analysis for process improvements
