Modern Wave Services Ltd. is hiring experienced installers for our growing permanent soffit/track-mounted lighting division, serving Kelowna and the surrounding Okanagan.

If you're comfortable working from ladders and heights, know your way around tin and flashing, and want to earn strong daily pay on a unit-based system we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
Installing permanent track-mounted soffit lighting systems on residential and commercial properties
Working safely and efficiently from extension ladders and, where needed, boom lifts
Keeping job sites clean and representing the company professionally with customers
Working with tin, flashing, and fascia/soffit materials as part of the install process

What We're Looking For
Own reliable work vehicle with ladder racks, plus your own tools and PPE
1–2 years' experience installing track-mounted lighting, holiday/permanent lighting products, siding, or window washing (any background working from ladders/heights is valued)
Comfortable lifting and maneuvering extension ladders with ease




Experience working with tin and flashing materials/tools is a robust asset
A safety-first mindset clean, careful, professional work every time
Robust customer service skills; you'll often be the face of the company in office

No experience with this specific product? If you have your own vehicle, tools, and equipment and solid experience working from heights, we're happy to provide training and support to the right candidate.

Pay

This is a unit-based pay structure the more you install, the more you earn. Daily earnings typically range from $300–$800/day, depending on experience, speed, and job volume.
