Class Hours: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a Kumon Assistant to support our students teaching during class sessions. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, is detail-oriented, and has strong English and Math skills.

Responsibilities:
Guide and support students through their worksheets and learning materials
Grade classwork and assignments accurately
Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance
Monitor student progress and update records accordingly
Provide individual support to students when needed
Record oral reading scores and ensure student completion of corrections
Communicate with parents regarding placement tests, goals, and study plans




Support with administrative tasks (emails, reporting, scheduling)
Help maintain a clean and professional classroom environment
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:
Robust English and Math skills (Secondary school level required)
Experience working with children is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
Dependable, punctual, and enthusiastic
Customer service-oriented and professional demeanor
