Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, improve operational efficiency, and support the delivery of high-quality services. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and ensure business objectives are achieved while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service excellence.
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and process improvements.
Lead, mentor, and support department supervisors and operational staff.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Manage budgets, resources, and operational planning to maximize performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.




Identify operational risks and implement effective solutions to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar management role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Experience managing budgets, operational planning, and process improvement initiatives.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
Results-driven with a strong commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Pay: $60,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
