Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of the HomeOne Outdoor Permanent Lighting Solution. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Installer will ensure that all installations meet company standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Install track lighting along exterior of homes according to specifications and instructions
Ensure proper alignment, fit, and functionality of installed components
Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete installations
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a protected work workplace
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective workflow and timely completion of projects
Communicate with customers to address any questions or concerns regarding the installation process
Able to work well independently and without supervision

Requirements: -Must have vehicle that can transport ladders(truck preferred)

-Must have own tools (Drill, Screwdrivers, Tin snips,



tape measure, etc)

Experience:
Previous experience in a roofing, siding, or similar home exterior work preferred but not required
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and other equipment used in installations
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and instructions
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
Good communication skills to interact with team members and customers
