As a lead Systems Engineer, support the Canadian Coast Guard’s cutting-edge icebreaker fleet development. Manage a skilled engineering team and ensure compliance with essential regulations. You will engage with both internal and external stakeholders, promote continuous improvement, and provide pivotal oversight on regulations while managing risks effectively across projects. Key Responsibilities:
Direct a team of engineers in technical execution
Ensure adherence to classification societies’ regulations
Report project performance to senior management

Requirements:
Bachelor's degrees in Engineering or Naval Architecture
Ten years of marine engineering experience
