Responsibilities
As a Truck/Trailer Mechanic, your primary responsibilities will be:

Complete work orders and related documentation accurately and efficiently.

Perform maintenance and repairs on trucks and trailers to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Work evenings, from 3:30 p.m. to midnight, Monday through Friday.

Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals to identify and resolve mechanical issues.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Collaborate with team members to ensure repairs are completed on time. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and new technologies in the heavy‑dui vehicle mechanics field.

We offer a $2,000 signing bonus, distributed as follows: $500 after 3 months, $500 after 6 months, and $1,000 after 12 months of employment. In addition,



we offer an annual $500 tool allowance to support your professional development and ensure you have the necessary equipment to excel in your role.

Qualifications

Be knowledgeable with heavy vehicle mechanics or equivalent.

Valid driver's license.

3 or more years of mechanical experience would be an asset.

Supply your own tools.

Knowledge of air brake systems.

Familiarity with electronic diagnostic tools.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Strong problem‑solving skills.

Physical ability to lift heavy items and work in various positions.

Good communication skills to interact with team members and customers.

Work evenings (3:30 p.m. to midnight) Monday – Friday.
