Duties
Assist in food preparation and cooking under the direction of the kitchen supervisor
Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment
Stock and rotate ingredients and supplies to ensure freshness and availability
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required
-Mature individuals with prior work experience is a must.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends,
and holidays as needed
